Today’s post will be a little different. I have learned from my passed mistakes. That is what I have been sharing thus far.We all I hope learn from our mistakes. However, this week I was thrown a curve ball that left me stunned. I have not yet gotten the answer to this. I went to refill one of the machines and It was almost empty within a day. We hit the ceiling with this. Hit is a mild word. We SMASHED our ceiling. We had the highest sales ever. I was naturally elated. This was a major milestone in the business.
However, what happened that we had such a high sale? I cannot answer this question. I am perplexed. What did we do so right that we got such results? we stumbled onto something but, until we figure out what exactly it will be a short flash which will fizzle out.
Here is what I have learned thus far from this experience:
- It is important to track your sales. There many benefits for this for example it is good for record keeping. In this instance it was important because it allowed me to track Inteco’s daily progress. So I was able to pick up the spike in sales.
- Ask why when you have positive results. We tend to not analyze why we succeeded. It is equally important as knowing why you are doing bad. This allows you to pinpoint what strategies are working for you. With this information you can leave it the way it is or improve on it to get even better results.
- Know your customer’s factors of influence. Inteco is currently at this stage. It will help you pull your customers to your respective business.
Until next time.
